Sales Agreement
NOTICE
In accordance with the relevant law, please read the following agreement text printed in 16-point bold font. By registering or making a reservation on our website, the customer is deemed to have read and accepted all provisions of this agreement without the need for further notice.
This agreement has been prepared in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137.
1. Parties
1.1. Service provider: Yeni Nesil Transfer (hereinafter referred to as “Agency”).
1.2. The person(s) whose name is stated in the reservation (hereinafter referred to as “Consumer”).The Consumer is the individual who registers or makes a reservation on https://www.yeninesiltransfer.com. The accuracy of the address and contact details provided during registration is the sole responsibility of the Consumer.
2. Subject
This agreement covers the terms and conditions of transfer and/or vehicle allocation services purchased from the Agency.
The features of the service and pricing are specified on the website’s “Distance Sales Agreement” and “Terms & Conditions” pages, and confirmed in the reservation and approval form sent via email.
3. Scope and Duration
Scope: Type of service, number of passengers, time, location, service fee, and payment method.
Duration: The agreement enters into force once confirmed by the Agency and automatically terminates upon completion of the service.
4. Payment and Invoice
The Consumer is obliged to pay the service fee during the reservation process.
Prices include VAT.
Complaints or refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after the service date to info@yeninesiltransfer.com
Invoices will be issued based on the information provided in the reservation form.
5. Cancellation and Modification
If canceled 12 hours before service, the full fee is refunded.
If canceled within 12 hours or less, 50% of the one-way fee is refunded.
In round-trip reservations, the return trip is fully refunded.
Date changes are subject to cancellation rules.
6. General Provisions
In cases such as traffic, weather conditions, or mechanical issues, the Agency may provide an alternative vehicle of the same or higher category. If not possible, the paid amount will be refunded.
In cases of partial or full non-performance by the Agency, the TURSAB Consumer Claims Chart will apply for compensation.
7. Enforcement
In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Alanya Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
By completing the reservation, the Consumer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.
