By making a reservation on this website, you agree to our general terms and conditions.

Our company reserves the right to change transfer prices published on our website. Price changes may result from fluctuations in fuel costs, exchange rates, inflation, or operational expenses.

A reservation becomes valid only after receiving a confirmation email from our company.

We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or incomplete delivery of emails due to internet access issues. In such cases, please contact us directly.

Reservation and Transfer Process

Any changes in transfer or flight times must be reported to us via email or phone.

Flight delays are not subject to extra charges, regardless of duration.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact details (phone and email). The company is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information.

The reservation form must be completed fully and correctly.

Rules and Safety

Pets are only allowed if transported in appropriate cages.

Smoking, tobacco, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

The company reserves the right to refuse passengers under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or those posing a safety risk.

Up to two child/baby seats are provided free of charge upon request, but availability cannot be guaranteed in cases of capacity limitations.

In compliance with tourism transportation laws, passenger cars may carry a maximum of 3 passengers (excluding the driver). Children and infants are included in this count.

Baggage and Vehicle Use

Vehicle baggage capacities are listed on our website; excess baggage is not accepted.

Items not declared during reservation (e.g., wheelchairs, bicycles, skis, golf bags) will not be permitted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their baggage is fully loaded and collected.

Our drivers will assist with luggage handling whenever possible.

Operational Conditions

Due to traffic, weather conditions, mechanical failure, or security checks, the assigned vehicle may be replaced with another of the same or higher category.

If service cannot be delivered, the transfer fee will be refunded, or alternative arrangements will be supported.

Airport pickups are conducted at the exit gate after customs and baggage claim, with a sign displaying the name stated in your reservation.

Prices include vehicle, driver, fuel, parking, and highway tolls.
